Adluh Building in Columbia to Get Major Makeover

One of Columbia’s most iconic landmarks is about to get a makeover in hopes of luring various businesses to the area.

Adluh Flour Mills, located in the heart of the Vista, is renovating 18,000 sq. ft. of their facility. The property is not for sale and will be leased to future tenants.

Robin Dial is the broker for this project and said this historic building seems to market itself.

“Aside from the historical aspect of it, [Adluh] does have profoundly strong parking with 52 spaces out front,” said Dial. “It also has a very strong position for the Vista itself.”

Tripp Riley said he’s excited to take on the project and sees great potential for whatever business moves in.

“It’s got great bones already,” said Riley, an architect with Studio 2LR in Columbia. “There’s not a whole lot you really want to mess with in a building like this.”

Dial said that several local and national companies have shown interest in the project, but no committments have been made.
