This was a charming home located in Forest Acres. It was a 4 bedroom and 3.5 bathroom home. And though this home was almost 2,000 square feet, it felt small. The kitchen seemed crowded. The front foyer was a small area. And 2 of the 4 bedrooms were small and shared a small bathroom. However, after we finished with this home, it felt much more open. We knocked down the closets in the foyer making that area much more open. We completely gutted the kitchen, and even extended a portion of it into the garage, making the kitchen a perfect square and much larger. We placed a large island in the center of the kitchen, and the kitchen also now features custom cabinets, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. We gutted the two smaller bedrooms and the bathroom they shared, and converted that space into a master suite. We also added a patio in the backyard, and French doors in the Dining Room leading out to the patio. Finally, we gutted the other full bathroom and half bathroom.
